Refund Policy
Order Processing & Shipping
Orders are processed almost immediately every day. We provide free delivery for purchases over 200 AED throughout the UAE and aim to deliver within the same or next working day, not exceeding three working days.
Our refund policy is valid for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, and it should also be in its original packaging.
Partial refunds may be issued in specific situations, including:( if applicable)
- Items that show clear signs of use
- Perfumes, or any other product that has been opened
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or lack parts not related to our mistake
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please start by checking your bank account again.
Next, reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. After that, contact your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund appears.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Cancellations
We offer a general order cancellation option within 24 hours, but this is contingent on the status of order fulfillment. If an order has already been dispatched or is in transit, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping fees charged by the courier company.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at: queries@maisonmeyleen.ae
Shipping
After the return has been approved, the carrier will pick it up from your address. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
